Tessanne Chin’s album storms to Number 6 on iTunes Charts!
Tessanne Chin’s album, Count on My Love which was released on International Reggae Day (July 1) is already creating a buzz as evidenced by it’s iTunes rankings.
Incredibly on the same day of its release, the album peaked at number 6 on the iTunes top 100 album chart.
Tessanne Chin was clearly elated with the early success of the album when she spoke to the Jamaica Observer:
“This is completely overwhelming, it’s crazy. The support has been huge and unexpected. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not that we never thought it was possible, after all it’s what you dream and pray about all your life, but when it happens it just blows you away. I just have to thank everybody for the strength and support they have put behind this project,” said Chin.
The album which is comprised of ten tracks features singles produced by the likes of Supa Dups and writers including Diane Warren and Ryan Tedder.
Numerous fans of the Jamaican songstress used social media to share their praises for the album which includes already known tracks such as Tumbling Down as well as Everything Reminds Me of You.
Former coach of the talented singer also wasted no time to endorse her new album via twitter:

Tessanne has very good album at least 3 of the songs can be a hit. However, why isn’t there no PROMOTION from her Record Label. She needs to be doing TV & Radio interviews in the U.S also the songs need AIRPLAY and a video as well. The Voice Tour will not do anything for the album, the album needs to be PROMOTED to the world. What will happen after her die-hard fans finish purchase her album this week
