Firefighters are now battling a major fire at the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, St. James.
According to a report from the Gleaner the fire started in the maintenance section of Ajas.
At 9 o’clock there were about six fire units on the scene attempting to put out the fire.
And since then several more have arrived from nearby parishes to try to put out the mammoth blaze.
The source of the blaze is still unknown. There have been no immediate reports of casualties.
