There will be NO Sting for Vybz Kartel – At least not this year!

Entertainers Vybz Kartel and Shawn Storm will not be out in time for STING and may very well spend another Christmas and New Year behind bars.

According to Shawn Storm’s lawyer, Miguel Lorne the trial may run well into the New Year. Mr. Lorne was speaking during the Entertainment Buzz radio program on Wednesday.

“Private sessions” continued today with the former head of the police communication forensic and cyber-crimes unit, Detective Sergeant Patrick Linton in the high profile murder trial against the dancehall deejays.

The officer has been in private sessions with the attorneys and the judge since last week, presenting pieces of electronic evidence, to determine whether or not the evidence can be used in the case.

Attorney at law Miguel Lorne said the prosecution has reached the pinnacle of its case. The attorney who represents Shawn Storm explains.

The jury, media and the public will return following judge’s ruling on whether the evidence given will be admissible in the case.

Vybz Kartel, Shawn Storm and three others are on trial for the murder of Clive Lizard Williams.
