Jamaica’s Tessanne Chin continues to Sizzle !
Jamaica’s Tessanne Chin delivered a very emotional performance when she covered Bob Marley’s classic “Redemption Song” on The Voice on Monday night (Dec 2).
The Jamaican vocalist’s performance seemed to really connect with the audience and coaches even causing Adam Levine to get visibly emotional.
“That song is as important to me as it is important to you,” Adam Levine said. “I was so immersed and lost in that performance.”
“Every week I hear that Jamaican accent getting more and more strong I hear it. It comes out more,” Christina Aguilera said. (See her redemption cover below)
She is still viewed by many as a hot contender to win the competition and the grand prize of a $100,000 cash that comes along with it.
The talented Jamaican singer returned to the stage for her second performance of the night to make light work of Katy Perry’s extremely technical song – “Unconditionally.”
She dedicated the single to her mom and her dad, who were in the audience. (See her rendition of it below)
Tessanne Chin continues her journey to earn the top prize on season five of the Emmy-winning talent competition.
