Students To Sit CSEC and CAPE Exams – Starting Today
Following a delayed start, thousands of students across the island are to sit the Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) and Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE), starting today.
The examinations will run until July 31.
Preparations began months ago to prepare students for the regional exams, as they continued classes via remote learning platforms.
Students preparing for the exit exams were allowed to resume face-to-face classes to complete their preparations.
Not all students will sit exams this year, as close to 6000 CSEC and about 300 CAPE students requested deferrals.
