Yet Another Police Officer Shot

There have been several deadly and life threatening attacks on police officers in recent days.

On Monday (April 25) a a police corporal was robbed and shot in Vineyard Town, Kingston.

Following that attack, female Corporal Judith Williams died after being shot multiple times by unknown assailants at a bus stop in Dunkirk, Eastern Kingston on Thursday morning.

Later the same day, a district constable, along with his female partner, was chopped while taking a shower in Sandy Bay, Clarendon.

  

Now yet another member of the Jamaica Constabulary Force has become a victim of criminal elements plaguing the island.

On Sunday (May 1) gunmen reportedly opened fire on a police corporal’s vehicle in Kitson Town in the parish, hitting him in the face and thigh.

He is reportedly in serious but stable condition.
