Popcaan stated that despite receiving no sponsorship, he spent $8 million on the recent treat and pledged to increase his contribution next year as his success continues to grow.

Popcaan also announced that his annual Unruly Fest is scheduled for December 22.

The charity event, held on August 29, aimed to support children in preparation for the academic year, which commenced on September 4.

Fellow entertainers Gramps Morgan and Tarrus Riley, who have ties to the parish, joined social media users in commending Popcaan for his heartfelt generosity, bringing hope and positivity to St. Thomas.
