Armed Robbers Steal ONLY Food From Popular Jamaican Restaurant in Florida
Generally when armed robbers enter a place of business, their primary intention is to relieve the establishment of cash.
However, when two crooks went to a Jamaican restaurant in the United States earlier this month, their sole intention was apparently to steal food.
The robbery took place at The Dutch Pot Jamaican restaurant in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida on July 7 and was was caught on tape courtesy of surveillance cameras installed at the popular eatery.
According to WSVN 7 News, the restaurant’s manager – Barrington said the robbers walked casually into the employee-packed kitchen to load up on food while serving up intimidation.
“The guy with the gun, with the long black pants, told [the chef] if he ever call the cops we’ll all be dead,” said Barrington.
Surveillance footage shows a worker confronting one of the robbers before he seemingly notices a gun. The worker then hastily makes his exit, followed by more co-workers.
The robbers eventually make their exit with the stolen food.
