Cop in Critical Condition After Being Attacked By Gunmen
A police officer is reportedly clinging to life in hospital after he was attacked and shot by gunmen in the Hanna Town area on Thursday morning (May 11).
Reports are that at approximately 2:15 am, police officers were on patrol in the area – that belongs to the Kingston Western Police Division – when they came under heavy gunfire.
The policeman, a constable, was shot in his neck and other parts of his body.
He was reportedly carried to hospital and admitted in critical condition.
