Family of Six Homeless after Fire on Oliver Road
A family of six now has no where to live after a fire spread rapidly, destroying a board house on Oliver Road in Kingston on Sunday.
According to Loop News, Keisha Powell was laying down when she heard one of her daughters bellow ‘mommy mommy fire’.
Powell soon after discovered that a settee in the house was ablaze.
The home was engulfed in flames before fire fighters arrived to tackle the fire.
Three fire units rushed to the location but could only carry out cooling down exercise as the house was completely destroyed.
Eastern Kingston police are currently investigating the unfortunate incident.
