Jamaicans Pretending to be Gay to avoid Deportation?
Twenty nine year old Jermaine Rutherford is now the second Jamaican recently who has escaped being deported from the United Kingdom by claiming he is a homosexual.
He was convicted for murdering a 15 year old schoolboy.
According to a report by the Daily Mail he was due to be sent back to the Jamaica upon completing his prison sentence.
But while awaiting deportation – ten years after a judge said he should be kicked out – Rutherford belatedly declared he was gay, and would be in danger in ‘homophobic’ Jamaica.
A woman claiming to be Rutherford’s ex-girlfriend says he ‘is not gay’, and even told her while he was behind bars that he planned to avoid deportation by claiming to be homosexual.
Previously – Alvin Brissett,another Jamaican man who has a string of convictions for drug possession, assault and robbery, avoided deportation to Jamaica after claiming at the 11th hour – while in handcuffs at Gatwick airport – that he was homosexual.

It’s not new, it’s something that has being going on for quite sometime now. What these gays have been doing is go to Canada and as they get off the plane they start crying and getting on stating they seeking asylum because they are gay and fear for their lives. and it’s not only Jamaicans doing it other islands doing it as well. Their lives are not in all that danger but they want to go to the big easy or so they think it is so they make false claim. smh

Mek dem stay right where they are. Jamaica don’t have room for more criminals. The Jamaican government should take a page out of Fidel Castro’s book and empty the jails and asylum and send them on the fastest airplane to Great Britain.
