Suspected Police Killer Caught !
The man who is accused of fatally shooting District Constable Paul Whyte and also injuring a female police officer in August Town on December 20, 2013 was captured along with another suspect today.
The name of the suspect is Jermaine Chambers. He was captured during an Operation Resilience raid in the Kingston Western Division this morning.
According to police officials, District Constable Whyte and a female police officer were in the August Town area seeking to apprehend Chambers when they were both attacked in August Town.
According to the Police, Chambers was also wanted for the shooting death of Marlon McKenzie o/c ‘Chip Head” who was gunned down on November 27, 2013 in August Town, St. Andrew.
