Chinese man sentenced to death for stabbing 22 children!

A Chinese man has been issued the death sentence after stabbing 22 students at a primary school in China.

Min Yongjun, 37 was found guilty of intentional homicide and condemned to death by The Xinyang City Intermediate People’s Court, a year after his rampage in the central province of Henan.

Fortnately n one was killed, but the children were seriously injured in the incident that took place on the same day 20 children were shot dead at a primary School in Connecticut, USA. Min was seen pursuing the panicked children through an unguarded gate in surveillance footage.

A group of adults then chased him away with straw brooms. Attempted murderers can be convicted of intentional homicide even if no one dies under Chinese Law.

Persons complained on Chinese social media that the incident deserved more coverage from domestic media.
