Reggae Boyz Tackle Extensive Training For Friendlies

Whitmore prepares troops for Barbados and Grenada matches ahead of Concacaf Nations League 

Theodore Whitmore’s Reggae Boyz kicked off their training camp yesterday in preparation for the forthcoming friendlies against Grenada (August 17) and Barbados (August 20).

The six-day preparaion, at the UWI-JFF Captain Horace Burrell Center of Excellence, or to concentrate on areobic/speed fitness regime and strength training on top of the practice matches.

Following the friendlies the Boyz tackle the Concacaf Nations League on 9 September (7pm ko local time) against the Cayman Islands at the National Stadium in Kingston.
