Kenyan Journalist Hurls Expletives At Damian Marley At Airport

On Monday, a Kenyan journalist hurled expletives at Damian Marley at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi.

Marley arrived in Kenya ahead of a scheduled performance.

In a video that is now widely being circulated online, Chiko Lawi, a presenter on a Kenyan radio station claims Damian Marley doesn’t talk to people.

Lawi says:

“So Damian doesn’t talk to people… F*** this guy! F*** Damian Marley.”

Marley, who can be also seen in the background, asks Lawi to stop filming him.

Chiko Lawi however continues filming and eventually exclaims “this is my home!”

The journalist has since apologised for his behaviour towards Damian Marley. In a subsequent video he claims that Marley insulted his mother.
