Prime Minister Expected to Call General Election this Sunday
Sunday night may provide the moment many Jamaicans have been eagerly anticipating.
Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller is expected to announce the date for the next general election.
The Prime Minister gave the biggest indication of her intentions when she spoke at a recent meeting in Gordon Town square.
According to Nationwide, she stated some people are worried because they know she’ll announce the election date in Half Way Tree square on Sunday night.
The Prime Minister also told the comrades that Half Way Tree is the only place to be on Sunday night.
