Jamaican High School Student Gets Suspended For Bleaching His Skin

Skin bleaching unfortunately has become quite a common practice in Jamaica.

Creams, gels, oils and ointments that lighten the skin still fly off the shelves rapidly in many places across the island.

It is also not that uncommon to hear high school students admit to bleaching their skin.

Many persons believe they will have better employment and relationship prospects by altering their hue to make themselves look fairer.

Now at least one student will have to miss some time from school for allegedly bleaching his skin.
