NCB to Significantly Increase Some Fees

Following fee adjustments in October last year, the National Commercial Bank is again making changes to its fee structure.

According to Irie FM, National Commercial Bank, (NCB), has announced that several of its fees are to be increased as of Monday March 16.

The increase will impact in-branch transfer transactions between accounts, whether held in local or foreign currency, transfer to third party accounts and balance enquiry in branch or via customer care centre for business customers.

Customers wishing to transfer funds from one own NCB account to another while in-branch will have to pay $1165 up from $364..

  

$1165 will also be charged for in-branch transfers to the account of a third party.

To transfer between one NCB foreign account to another will also be impacted by the new fee structure.

For US accounts the fee will be US$10.31, for accounts held in pounds sterling, £6.80, just under C$11.79 for accounts in Canadian dollars and €8.76 cents for Euro accounts.

Business customers will have to pay $1165 for balance enquiries done either in branch and or using the customer care centre.
